Dropped calls

It seems to be getting worse; Calls are getting dropped / disconnected every 8 min or so. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro and live in ESqUIMALT, BC I checked a service map and the tower density looks a bit thin compared to my surrounding areas (Victoria and Langford), but probably good enough. I get consistent 3-4 bars … anything I should/can do to improve the situation?

I find that if I am stationary, no dropped calls, but if I am moving and bouncing from tower to tower that is when I get dropped calls. It seems like PM's towers have a problem with the hand off from one tower to another.

Most of my dropped calls are when I am travelling along the 401 corridor in Ontario which is a major highway here, so there is no excuse why the calls are dropping.

Since you are at home when you are having problems you could get a cell phone boster antenna. But you shouldn't be having problems like that with 3 to 4 bars. You could put in a ticket to pm and see if they can do anything on there end
