    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my number was transferred but for the public mobile login account, it still asks for the previous (temporary public mobile) number for 2 factor authentication, to send the 2FA code to.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Wouldn't that be a security issue of concern, can you change that for me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/406847"&gt;@JONngu&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can use email to receive the 2FA code first.&amp;nbsp; Then after login, go to Profile page, Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the phone number to the new one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
