      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am been overcharged for automatic top-up on my account since February. Please, how do I stop this because I cannot see this under my subscription details. If I donot get this sorted I would have to leave public mobile and go to another service provider,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It shows for automatic top up of 28 dollars while my usual subscription is 35 so they have been charging 28 dollars and 35 dollars since February. I did not realise until now. i checked my subscription and cant seem to see that i subscribed for automatic top up&lt;/P&gt;</description>
