      <title>Not able to send/receive sms</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just switched to Public Mobile. I successfully transferred my number from my old service provider and am now able to make/receive calls, but texting is not working. I am not receiving texts and when I go to send one, it won't go through and I get a Network Error notification.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
