      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for replyin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account is active and paid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The chatbot keeps telling me to sign in despite being signed in - it's very frustrating to use this slow website (it can literally take seconds before words I type even appear)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a sim card I have an eSim&lt;/P&gt;</description>
