      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got a new Prepaid credit card to pay my bill, it accepted me setting up a new credit card , but now that its registered, it hasent taken a payment, only gives me an option to pay using voucher. Also, on the phone i forgot my phone pin, and would need assistance reseting it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;it let me add the card to my acccount and said it was successful. However it still hasent taken the payment to start service again, and doesnt give me a option to pay directly with a credit card, just has the option for voucher.&amp;nbsp; I added the new card and assumed it would auto take a payment to renew my service&lt;/P&gt;</description>
