Not all plans listed on app

I am seeing a plan for $23 listed on my laptop when I browse PM subscriptions, but when I go onto the phone app, it is not listed. Does the app need to be updated? The subscription was just posted in the last day or two.

The $23 plan is only available to Quebec residents and is only available to new customers.

I was trying to help my friend sign up for this plan as a new customer. We saw it on the PM list of subscriptions so we don't understand why it wasn't listed on the phone. Where does it say that it is only available in Quebec? We are in BC.

@LindaK19 - You must've had your site province in Quebec.

BC only has $29 20GB and $21 3GB plans.

Check your site, it should show up as this province info, so change it to BC to have more accurate plans:
