      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone from accounting call me to take my payment details?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website has been broken for days. The chatbot said to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Open the Public Mobile app or log into My Account on the website.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Visit the 'Payments' section.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Choose 'Update Card Information'.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Enter your new payment details.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;5. Click 'Save' to update your information.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can't enter your payment details in the form fields.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sorry, no one will call you. This has been broken since December,&amp;nbsp; not days.&amp;nbsp; Due to privacy even if you send a message&amp;nbsp; they cannot update your credit card info.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't work buy vouchers and that way until it's fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/payment-voucher&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Load under Paymet tab or by calling&amp;nbsp; 1855 4public if you know your pin.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I don't have the app. Incognito/private mode doesn't fix it. The same problems appear in the Developer Tools Console. There's an error saying something about an invalid token from ManageCardEPS.js. It's a software bug.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
