Sadly, they changed the rules and now they require an actual credit card to sign up with them. It's a way to validate you as someone who has honest intentions using this service. Once you sign up, you can ask them to remove the credit card from their system and start using vouchers from there. Then again, how do you really know they've deleted your credit card? And with regards to using prepaid credit cards, I've done a lot of searching and can't find any proof that they work. I've looked for brand names of prepaid credit cards and unable to find any.&amp;nbsp; With that being said, if anyone can prove they've signed up with a prepaid credit card, please share what brand name it was so we may share this with others.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Well isn't that a shame !&amp;nbsp; If all else fails..follow the directions. You need a valid credit/debit card to activate a new PM account.
