      <title>Change Phone Number - Not Working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my phone number (switched provinces). When I log onto my account, it says that my current phone number is the new number. However text, call, and data are not working. The only thing I am able to use is wifi. It has been over 16 hours since I made the change, I have tried restarting the phone, taking out and reinserting SIM, putting it on airplane mode, etc. but nothing seems to be working. Not sure how to go about fixing this issue. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
