      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whoever this is, thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No matter what I try I can’t seem to change my subscription ‘on my renewal date’. So I’ve changed it by switching subscriptions ‘Now’, which seems to have worked. But it also means that I’ve likely lost 1 weeks worth of prepaid service from my prior subscription. But I don’t have time for all of these difficulties, so I’m just happy to have finally been able to make the change!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
