      <title>Not receiving verification codes and texts since switching</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, I switched to public mobile almost a month ago and it's been good but I have not been able to receive verfication/confirmation texts from publicmobile and all other apps. I have restarted/done updates etc but I still can't receive those types of texts&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/412059"&gt;@MizzMiche&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM has problem provisioning text capability for new activations.&amp;nbsp; And if you are an iPhone user,&amp;nbsp; iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis.&amp;nbsp; Please open ticket with PM&amp;nbsp;support by&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;messaging CS Agent here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;EM&gt;**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can get the code by selecting I did not get code under where you enter code. When you do it will let you send code by email.&amp;nbsp; As for text you need to open a ticket this will take a day or two.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
