I actively used up my monthly GB in order to access the bonus data. Now my phone won’t let me use any data. Why. What is wrong

Do you actually SEE bonus data available to you?
In my case, after I used my 250MB bonus data kicked in and I am using it as much as possible. Bonus holiday data are not touched yet so loyalty bonus is active until exhausted.

I was unaware that people on the $15 250mb plan received bonus data. Interesting.
