      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/411534"&gt;@RhondaShew&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you receive an email from Public mobile with a QR code for eSIM? &amp;nbsp;If you did, scan the QR code from email,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, then check your phone setting just to make sure that eSIM was not activated anyways.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not activated, you would need to submit a ticket for customer service agent. &amp;nbsp;Either via the chatbot or via the following link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
