    <description>&lt;P&gt;I registered for a Public Mobile account and I scanned the QR code on the app but when I sign in with my email and password, I'm redirected back to the sign-in screen. I have been unable to complete the registration and I have been trying on and off for 4 months. I'm super annoyed and frustrated. How can I get a refund for my payment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
