If you have no Public Mobile service, this wouldn't actually be a number porting issue but rather an issue with the set up of your new Public Mobile account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/411189"&gt;@Bagel2001&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;yes, you won't get the login text untill the number is ported.&amp;nbsp; And porting from VoIp providers like Magic Jack will be around 3 to 7 business days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you might be able to use email to receive the code.&amp;nbsp; Try this to unlock it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(!!!You will need to click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resend Code&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and then&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send email&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to trigger the 2FA to email)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Potential workaround (for some):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. For some individuals, this is giving the option of an email instead.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I still have Magicjack service but nothing from Public Mobile. It did say I would have some service after setup but I have nothing. What next ? Do I delete everything and start over or switch to Bell (lol) Account setup seemed pretty straight forward and I did get an account number etc. ???????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
