You checked My Account and confirmed account status is active??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to reboot your phone first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not work, and if you have another phone, put your&amp;nbsp; PM sim card there, this will force a sim/account re-provision and could resolve the problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The solution was to remove the SIM card and install it in another phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how this happened?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
