    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a 7-year-old public mobile sim card, it has &lt;STRONG&gt;never&lt;/STRONG&gt; been activated. can it be used to set up a new account? I know at the time it was only 3g and now there is 4g and 5g, so should it work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/300910"&gt;@mike7095sk1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no expiry date on your SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIM Card will work on 4G/LTE or 5G as 3G plans was removed today from the PM website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
