    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/410956"&gt;@Ryebabie&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By chance, is one of the charges a pending charge?&amp;nbsp; Is this the first time for double charge?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you a new customer who signed up recently?&amp;nbsp; If so, did you have troubles initially signing up.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes with trouble activations, a double "ghost" account is created that causes the double charge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If actual charge, you will need to contact customer service agent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Follow prompts to submit ticket.&amp;nbsp; It can take several hours to 1-2 days for CSA to respond.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes first time I notice double charge but going to check all the way back to make sure I never missed any been over a year now when I join public&lt;/P&gt;</description>
