A ticket needs to be opened using hte chatbot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html or though the support section of the Public Mobile app.

Go to the Public Mobile Customer Support Page and follow the instructions. The Customer Support Agents are available from Monday to Sunday from 9 AM to 10 PM EST.
