Rewards are limited ?

Hello guys i am with new rewards program. What I saw is Public Mobile will redeem only 15 points out of 65 available towards bill credit. But i want to redeem all of my points towards bill credit. Is it possible ? Thanks.

@Olevgear74 at this point we don't know yet how many points you can redeem in a 30 day cycle. You can try once it becomes live. I'm sure if there is a limit you be stopped by the system.

It should be - you can redeem in blocks of 15. I doubt PM will limit 15 points per billing cycle or some people would accumulate so many points (highest plan, a lot of referrals) they might not be able to ever redeem.

@Olevgear74 , when you redeem points you can only do 15 points each time. So, you can redeem 60 points out of the 65 points that you currently have right now if you want to but 15 points redemption 4 times. The 5 points left can be redeemed once you have 10 more to add to it to total 15 points. I redeemed all mine that I could. 🙂

HI @Olevgear74 Rewards not limited. You can actually go back and redeem another 15 points and keep doing until you run out of points to redeem.
