where do I go to sign out of PM and Community?

to sign out of the Community , click on the avatar on the top right to bring up the manual and click Logout

to logout of PM on the browser, the Logout is on the Left side of the page, to logout of the PM app, click Logout on the top right of the Account page

You can close your account stopping paying. After 90+ days your account will be closed.
Porting out your number closes your account immediately.

As for Community, I am not aware you can close it. Open a ticket and try to close it.

Plain 'sign out' from account - top right corner

Community - same thing.

I would not bother as system will log out out after 1h or less of inactivity.
