Why do they not send out SIM card orders?

when did you place the order? it might take as many as 3 weeks , sometimes quicker

but if you wait over 10 days, check with support agent.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

PM does send cards but it takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Sometimes SIM gets lost in the mail and you have to ask for replacement.
