      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp; My credit card was charged twice on March 27 at 12.22 pm and March 27 at 12.23 pm for the amount of $16.95 each, (for one month renewal March 27 2024-Apr 26 2024).&amp;nbsp; Can one of these charges be reversed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of charges could be 'pending'. Check your account in a day or two and pending should be gone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
