    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new SIM, and a number, but when the app indicated it was sending a code to my phone to confirm (through Eversafe), it never arrived. Now my phone recognizes the new number, but it won't connect. And I cannot get into a screen on the app that will activate?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
