Follow prompts to submit ticket.&amp;nbsp; It can take several hours to 1-2 days for CSA to respond.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer and my sister sent me her “refer a friend” code and I don’t know what happened but I did not receive my 10$ credit and she did not receive a notification stating she has a new friend referral ! Is there a was this can be fixed ? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
