    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/410246"&gt;@MichelleC98&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Go through the login process in the app - when you don't receive the 2FA SMS message because you don't have the esim, tell it that you didn't get it and you'll get an option to send it to your registered email address. &amp;nbsp;That will get you into the app;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, go to the Account tab and choose "Purchase SIM Card" and choose eSIM. &amp;nbsp;It&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;should&lt;/EM&gt; discount it to $0 for you, and let you install a new eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was setting up my spouses phone plan, and I accidentally deleted it and I need a new esim I can't get into the account to even get the text as the old esim isn't available anymore&lt;/P&gt;</description>
