With the public points system it says you can earn up to 20 points by helping the community? Not sure how that works

@Maryssa_2000 Only rivals can earn 20 . Regular joes like us can earn up to 15 points . But you do this by participating reading learning and sharing . Answer questions . As for who gets what is secret formula that only PM knows . But dedication and commitment you can earn to help lower your bill . It’s also been said around here it’s much more lucrative to collect recyclables along the highway instead . Less time consuming also

20 points are ony for Oracles, which are special group of people helping to manage Community, they are customers too

For most of us, you can earn 1 or 2 or 5 or 10 or 15 points by asking, and answering questions here.

But we don't know how much effort is needed for each rewards level. Just keep helping and you will see on the following month

You can earn point by answering other people questions and helping other people in the community.
