More details would be helpful.

Did you port over your number? Are you able to receive texts with Public mobile? What about data?

If you did port over, if you still have your old carrier SIM card, you might want to try on your phone to see if you still have service on your old carrier. It might be a stuck port.

Some basic troubleshooting advice:

Reboot your phone

Network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords )

I can receive certain calls and I cancel my old provider I have a esim with this provider

My sister was able to call my number until I switched to public now all she gets is my voicemail and same with many more numbers
