Can’t post anything or send a message to customer support because I keep getting g the error in the subject header.

you might have pasted some formatted text

try this, cooy the whole message, then delete them all, and right click and click Paste as text

I may be misunderstanding your experience, @Valvarino2 , however if the messaging your getting relates to HTML, just ignore it and hit the submit or reply button again.

I get those ALL THE TIME, but can just tap the button again and the message sends or posts.

Again, perhaps you're referring to something different? Can you post a screenshot, masking any personal info?

yes, to Paste as text, on Chrome mobile, just press and hold ont he space and select Paste as Text
