There is no ETA of when it will be resolved.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My voice mail works as expected. Check if you phone calls correct number when pressing '1'. Try calling access number directly to confirm if it is your phone or vmail in general issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Texting does not work for new customers. They have to open a ticket so agent can do something on PM side in order for SMS to start working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
