      <title>Porting trouble</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m new to public mobile. &amp;nbsp;I tried porting my number from Koodoo and it did not transfer successfully. &amp;nbsp;I have read previous posters and responses saying to open a ticket with customer service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also locked out of my pm account for some reason.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent them an email from private messages yesterday and have not received a response. &amp;nbsp;Does anyone know how long on average it takes for agents to reply to requests?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;G&lt;/P&gt;</description>
