    <description>&lt;P&gt;text not working... joined public mobile today (22apr2024) and have and a pixel 7a phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things I've tried:&amp;nbsp; restart phone, remove/replace sim card, checked APN was correct, reset Mobile Network Settings...none have helped..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate anyone that could shed some light on this...thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there any specific information that I could supply to help speed this along?&amp;nbsp; Or is just mentioning that text is not working is good enough...and also since I'm signed in, I take it the tech support person doesn't need my account information, etc...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
