    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/407894"&gt;@ErinLee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, turn off automatic on cellular network and it should show you the list of carrier it can see.&amp;nbsp; if it is spinning and not get any , it is a phone problem.&amp;nbsp; But reboot it and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many confirmed they can use US roaming there, so, it is just a matter for you phone to see AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m on Maui right now and trying to figure out how to select T Mobile instead of AT+T. Cellular Network selection is on Auto and when I try to turn it off it just gives the spinny wheel. Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
