      <description>&lt;P&gt;After 3 weeks I finally received a sim card. I downloaded the PM app to complete activation. I logged in and went to the complete your activation portal.&amp;nbsp; And then nothing happened.&amp;nbsp; I couldn't get to a keep your old number portal, or anything.&amp;nbsp; Dead end.&amp;nbsp; My credit card was also dinged twice as much as it should have been as well.&amp;nbsp; Can someone please hook me up with a CS agent?&amp;nbsp; Please and thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used the link you sent for porting.&amp;nbsp; Even though I keep clicking on the trusted device button I still have to do the extra step of verification when logging in.&amp;nbsp; So setting up the CS agent ticket login, I have to leave the page to get a verification number.&amp;nbsp; I get the number, go back, but now the window to enter the number is gone every time.&amp;nbsp; I think I am now done and see that Public is the most difficult website I've ever encountered.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;OK so I have now used the second link that goes directly to CS agent.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&amp;nbsp; If this last kick at the can doesn't work, I really am done.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
