Hi All.

I'm currently on the $30 500mB plan but I see there is a $30 1G plan. However it is not an option in the change plan tab of my account. Anyone know how to access this without starting a new account?

The only way to get it, is to activate a new plan. You must activate a new SIM.

Suggested way to do it, signup for Chatr's free first month, free simcard offer this weekend, and port your PM number there... then sign up again on new PM Sim, and port back from Chatr.

Usually it's an account credit.

According to the ChatR webste it's first month free and a free SIM card, in store only. Plenty of RFD users confirming that that's how it worked for them.

Sorry you will have to starts a new account.

You could probably get it but it will take a bit of work and a small amount of money.

First, you would need to get a PM SIM and activate it with the plan and a new number.

Second, pick up a bell prepaid SIM and use it to port out your PM # from the 500 Mb plan. Cost would only be a SIM as no balance is required to port in a number.

Third, port number from bell SIM that you just ported from PM into the new account with the 1 GB plan.

Not sure if you will think it's worth the work.
