      <description>&lt;P&gt;I transferred my phone number to public mobile yester night about 8pm. I paid for my plane and I downloaded app and&amp;nbsp; opened my account and I could log in. I put SIM card into my phone. It showed "public mobile". I thought everything was ok.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But tonight when I tried to call, it doesn't work. it said I don't have enough minutes. then i immediately tried to log in to my account. But every time after I confirmed code, it showed me "forbidden A1".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to know what happened. if i transferred my phone number successfully? I really want to know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now I use another phone number's account!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;another question is : if I don't have another account , where can I to find the agents to solve the problems????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
