Pls help, how do I change my email as I’m planning to lose my Rogers email to a new web based email

just login in My Account on a browser, go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and update the login email address there

Or you can do the same by using PM App, just go to Account page, click Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe), and update it there

Quick question, does this new email become my new username login or still the old email?

the new email will be your new username

after you changed email address, better to wait 15 mins, then test login using Incognito mode if you are using browser. If you are using app, logoff the app and wait 15 mins before trying to login
