      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering why there are currently no plan options that have US calling from Canada?&amp;nbsp; I am a Canadian Snowbird, and I usually have that option to stay in contact with my American friends!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They are called Addons. You can always purchase add ons.
