I'm wondering why there are currently no plan options that have US calling from Canada? I am a Canadian Snowbird, and I usually have that option to stay in contact with my American friends!!

Why? I've always had US calling as part of my plan! My question is why was it discontinued??

hi @Debbie22 if you have the plan already, it won't get taken awa, you still have the plan. Probably just the plan details didn't say it clearly

Well @Debbie22 There are plan options and always have been plan options. They are called Addons. You can always purchase add ons. You can purchase a US addon that includes 1000 US calling minutes for $15.

Originally I thought you were asking about Canada/US plans. 🙂

Another option is to purchase a TextNow SIM for free calling and texting anywhere around the world without the need for wifi connections to make a call or texting.

If you have an American address and CC it won’t be a problem to purchase a SIM.

Data are reasonably priced too.

@Debbie22 Could you have had the 1,000 minute US calling add-on and used up all the minutes?
