My data 240gb add on disappeared. I have it as reward for as an old customer and it was support to last 5 months.

if you changed your regular plan recently to a plan of lesser value...you forfeited that data gift.

If you downgrade your plan…you will loss the bonus data.

It will remain if you upgrade your plan.

This is not acceptable. People on lower plans also have data addon applied. There is no communication about that. It is like PM want us to leave.

like you, many thought to download to cheaper plan as that 240GB's data would suffice...BUT...PM tricked us ! You'd have to search the fine print to see the "Bonus Data Details". Seems like corporations really don't give a darn any long about customer loyalty. Your new self motivation is be loyal to your wallet !!

The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.
