      <description>&lt;P&gt;Somehow your phone rejects calls so they end up in vmail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Signal is very low or nonexistent, your phone is off (airplane mode), you reject unknown callers, etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
