More details would be helpful. Are you a new customer? Did you just port over your number?

Are you able to receive texts? sent texts? What about data? outgoing calls?

Check to see if Do Not Disturb is enabled. Disable it if it is on.

If it looks fine, contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to investigate.

Somehow your phone rejects calls so they end up in vmail.

Signal is very low or nonexistent, your phone is off (airplane mode), you reject unknown callers, etc.

@JamesBarnett If an iPhone make sure that the little switch on the left side of the phone isn't flipped to "silent". Happens to quite a lot of people.
