    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had same issue when transferring from Virgin earlier this week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Chat Agent had to adjust something internally on PMs end and all is good now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday we transferred from Bell Mobility.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calls work, and data works.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks - once I got thru the chatbot, I submitted a ticket.&amp;nbsp; The agent did a "network reset" on their end and it worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now going thru the same thing for my wife&lt;/P&gt;</description>
