Hello,

I just bought a bundle for talk and text and 3 gb to use in the US that lasts 15 days. Do i need to turn something on in my phone or do i just keep using my phone and the data normally like i do when i am in Canada?

I have an android phone and see in Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks , there is a switch called Data Roaming. Does this need to be flipped on once i am in the US?

Gavin

On your phone in your network/sim settings:

1) Turn data roaming ON

2) Set Preferred Network to 4G/LTE (not 5G, because AT&T 5G doesn't work)

3) Ensure you're connected to AT&T or T-Mobile. If it doesn't connect automatically, do so manually.

4) For phone calls you need a VoLTE compatible phone:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte
