      <title>Need help ASAP!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Customer service agent is not helping me, just telling me to try things I’ve already tried.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The online site/my app on my new device (iPhone 15 Pro) will NOT let me purchase a new eSIM. I have not had an opportunity or time to get to a store this week and my old iPhone is smashed in such a way I can no longer use it. I I really need my phone to work. I’m desperation, I added a new account and subscription to the new device yesterday (new number, new $37.50 in charges) and it isn’t working at all, despite having attempted to QR code my new eSIM etc. &amp;nbsp; I need one of these phone numbers to work and it’s my son’s birthday and cannot even call him without a phone! And other apps/socials aren’t an option for the call either. What is going on and what can I do??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
