      <description>&lt;P&gt;With regards to this issue with texting, iMessages and Facetime, see link below....&amp;nbsp; does sending them to a CS Agent actually resolve anything? Or are we just wasting everyone's time?&amp;nbsp; Can they actually do anything? And if they can, why hasn't the link been updated with a resolution?
