    <description>&lt;P&gt;When accessing my Public Mobile account, I clicked "Manage Payment Method" on the "Manage Subscription" page to enter the page to update information on my choice of payment method. Unfortunately, after arriving on the page to put in the information on the recently received replace virtual debit card, which I need to continue making automatic monthly payments for my phone subscription, it takes too long for my cursor to show a typing symbol that indicates when I can type in the form spaces. No matter how many times I try to click into each of the four empty form spaces (card number, postal code, expiry date, and security code), the website won't let me type, and I need to add in the information of my recently received replacement debit card or I will not be able to pay the next monthly phone bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good luck updating payment info &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some suggest using app and give app location permission before attempting to update CC info (for whatever reason).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
