      <title>Failed SIM Registration and Number Transfer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Submitted a number to transfer from current provider during registration process through app, but my phone screen auto timed-out during the 2min wait, which disrupted the process so the transfer did not complete, and now I can't login to my account. The app loops at the login page, and browser gives me a "forbidden A1" page. Need to reset to complete SIM registration and number transfer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
