    <description>&lt;P&gt;My mother in law just switched from PM to a competitor, however, she never kept her account info (Username, what email she used, password) Is there anyway at all she can retrieve this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aside from canceling the credit card number, what can be done so we can disconnect from Public Mobile?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She wants to try this new plan out, for the same price she was paying here, but she has international calling included.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyways, please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ryan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
