PM has trouble with setting up SMS with new activations.&amp;nbsp; If you just joined, them you are impacted and need support agent to refresh the account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I can’t send/receive SMS messages, using eSIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Basically, what the title says. I suddenly cannot send or receive text messages on my iPhone. I can make &amp;amp; receive phone calls, and my data is working, just not text messages. I am using an eSIM. So far I have tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Resetting network configuration on my iPhone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Restarting my iPhone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I deleted my old eSIM and purchased a new one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I factory reset my phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nothing is working so I’m wondering if this is an issue with public mobile and not my phone. On my iPhone under iMessage settings I cannot add my phone number either, it is just constantly verifying. &amp;nbsp;This is very annoying. How can I fix it??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
