      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I noticed when someone calls me and my phone is off, it still rings on the caller side as it rings when the phone is on, and I don't know that someone called me, people think that I'm not answering their calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
